This pool home has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and is fully air conditioned. There is an open plan kitchen, dining room and family room. There is a TV in each bedroom as well as one in the family room. PS/2 is installed in the family room.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and is complete with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and comes equipped with all dishes, cooking utensils and glasses. A separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, together with an ironing board and iron.
The pool area is fully screened and equipped with sun loungers, chairs and a table. The pool can be heated at an extra cost if required during the winter months. The pool is south facing overlooking a conservation area and lake. You can sit by the pool and watch the birds and other wildlife whilst sipping that cool drink or taking a dip in the pool.
The master bedroom, family room and dining room each have access on to the pool deck and all these doors are fitted with child alarms to prevent unauthorized access to the pool.
